It has been a long time since my last post, been very busy rushing my going to be launched product, Money From Blog coaching club! Yes, because I am rushing for my product, I am now researching on wordpress template and therefore decided to change my current template too. Now it become slightly more formal but I will try to add some pictures to make it more colourful. = ) . Do just me your feedback how to you find this new theme. Yes, I also included this featured section! Cool ar! This is also part what I am coaching in my coaching club. So back to work again! Stay Tune!

Do you have this problem, or are you a guy first!

My mentor has been coaching me for a few years and from daily meet up and now to monthly meetup. Until this stage, she has nothing much to guide me other than chatting along our way. Not that I have nothing to learn from her anymore, but we are in a stage of understanding. Recently, while sharing with her some of my obsticlur in life, she told me that all the problems lie into a word independent. This is not the first time I am hearing this, but this is the very first time this statement impacted me.

What is independent. Isn’t being independent good? That is what we are taught.

After some chatting and dialoge exchange, I started to understand what is independent. It become even a clearer picture after somedays of silence thoughts.

In my life, I always like to do things on my own. I started to lost trust in the people around. This of course happen for a reason which I need to trace back. In life, we don’t have a belief or a habit out of the blue. So I began to flash back into my past and realize in my past leadership role in school,  I tried to task my team member to do certain task and ended up making it worse or undone. Secondly, most of the time when I do it myself, the result turn out great. These few incidents are enough to change my working habits.

I lost trust in the people around me, which is very belief to have especially right now, in an  competitive world. I cannot live alone and I must depend on others very much. Looking deeper, I must also clear my belief that looking for help doesn’e mean inefficient, failure and useless.

In fact, while doing my internet business, I am learning that outsoursing in the best action to take once you reach certain level of income. Isn’t that the same, it apply to my life too.

I must not be overly “independent” anymore. There are lots of great people around me. Therefor, yesterday while still doing my soul searching alone, I decided to message a few people and to ask for help. One of them is my girlfriend. I believe some of you have heard such saying, or a chinese saying, A successful man always have a woman behind him.

Guess, I must really learn to trust everyone who has faith in me. I must not be working alone, because now I am badly drain. While trying to come out with the best product, Money From Blog Guide, to be launch in less than 4 weeks time, I have also successful drain myself dry, with the pressure from my financial company and all the pending paperwork, making it even worse.

Communication is a key factor, being dependent on someone is not give up responsibility but it mean exercising of leadership and communication skill with someone with the same mindset working towards the same direction. Lack of trust come from lack of communication. Lets kiss good bye to my independent character and welcome with love all the caring people around me, yes including reader like you. I got very motivating comments from many readers around the world, that really brighten my days.

Sorry if you don’t really understand what I am trying to say, my expression skill is still picking up. Haha! But, only writing and writing can improve right. Cheers.
