Hey friends, I have been busy for the past few days, therefore have not been posting. You might ask what was I busy with, actually not entirely busy with my work or businesses. Something busy with slacking events, ya work hard and play hard right. But seem like I haven’t been working very hard yet. Yes, I must admit and this cannot be carried on further before it become a stubborn habit again.
Ya, little update, Wednesday went to JB to fix up my dangerous wore off tyres. Many people had warned me about my wore off tyre since the previous tracking session and strongly encourage me to change it off immediately as it is too dangerous. I lazily delay getting it done and worst, I drove it up Malaysia to Genting and back with my car fully loaded. This prove the brand Eagle F1 is quite tough. Ya back to Wednesday, after fixing my wheels etc, link up with Mr Wee at JB for lunch before we rushed to Pasir Gudang for the last session of the day 4-5pm. Reached there 10 minutes before 4pm, register and there we go. Since this is Mr Wee first time, brought him 1 round the circuit to orientate him the whole track and also to show him some of the danger area to be careful when approaching. And there we go, this time I didn’t dare to warck as hard as the previous session when I came with my Civic Club Members. Some holding back due to fear factor, witness a few accidents recently both on track and road, and also almost lost control of my car few time previously, secondly after last session at KL Sepang with my instructor, I started to learn new ways and skills to handle my car (instead of the car handle me) and I need to practice them at low speed first since I am still very new in tracking. Fundamental is important right from the start!! The most cool thing about this sesssion at Pasir Gudang was that, THE WHOLE TRACK WAS MINE. Yes nobody was using the track except the 2 of us, I paid RM60 for the whole track, I didn’t have the need to check my rear mirror at all. Worth it. Ya after the short 1 hour, went straight to Vis Work at Permas Jaya, the only up to standard auto high performance garage in JB, looked for the boss Anthony to ask him to check for me the HKS V Pro piggypack which I bought from my friend Alvin (thanks for selling me). Once everything is ok and tested, I leave the device with him and will come back to him once I get my car setup for tuning by next month end (Sept). Back to Singapore, traffic was smooth and headed for my first Volleyball Coaching Course.
Yes, I waited for 5 years to attend this course, why 5 years? It all started when I was in JC2 when I was having my prelim exam and later in the army days which my training didn’t allow me to attend and lastly it clashed with my work as I just started business in my advisory firm. Yes finally now I am able to attend and by all means I must pass this course and get my licence for coaching.
Somethings make me reflect before this course, I guess I must really thanks Jason for telling me about the coaching course even though it is purly by chance. If not because of him I think I will miss this course again, and missing it again without even knowing it. I remember I told many of my good friends who is still in the volleyball circles, and very active, to remind me immediately once there is a coming coaching course so that I can apply and not miss it again. But this incident really reenforce a mindset to me again, we cannot rely on others on our future, on what we want, if we really want something, we must be wholly responsible about it. Ya of course, deep in my heart initially I did felt sad and disappointed with them for not informing me but think about it, it is none of their concern to remind me, even my PA sometime can forget to remind me some stuffs. So never lay blames, I must be responsible with myself.
Thursday is company meeting, exciting speech by our beloved speaker Mr Gordan, The Shrinking Middle Class in Singapore. In a few years time, Singapore might experience this in the society, there will not have any middle class but only the rich and the poor. I do agree about this, and I also trust that our governments have long seen this problem and are doing something about it. In citizen level, the best thing we must do is work hard towards reaching the rich class and take care of the poor! Yes, thats why I am a Self Employed. With my limited certs, it is almost impossible to be rich by working 8 to 5 for someone else.
Yesterday was really a time wasting for me, went to Kah Motor to service my car, book the earliest but only collect my car at 2pm. And the worst is, my car is not drivable after servicing. Yes, it is not Kah Motor fault, cos I asked them to change my existing plug to a performance spark plugs which I brought. It mis-fire a few time and my car totally do not have power at all, like a 2.0l car become a 1 liter car.
So I drove my car straight to Jurong Kah Motor Service center and get them to replace back to the original for me. Was surprise how empty it was at Jurong Service center, talk to the service agent and found that normally big services agent like Lengkee and Ubi, fastest waiting time is half a day, in Jurong fastest can be 45 min if not many cars, and usually not many car go there. Ya, 30 minute later 4 techs get it done for me and even accompany me for a test drive. The service by the SA is really very good, highly recommended if you guys(Honda Car) want to service at agent.
After wasting away my whole day, I Went home for a nap before heading to Yio Chu Kang for my second coaching class.. Fruitful theory session. After my class, suppose to meet my sweetheart but didn’t manage to get her, sleeping sounding and deeply. So went to find my friend Weilih to have a chat with him. Hope he will get through once and for all.
Bought my dinner, opps is 12.30am, yes my dinner only. Pack it, bring home and eat while surfing, slept at 2am. Last night sleeping on my”half” double deck bed, later my new bed is coming. Kind of miss this bed as it as accompany me since primary school, when it is still double deck with my sister sleeping on top back in my old house.
Ya wrote so much while waiting for the delivery man to come, realise that I left my camera in my car, will bring it up to take some pictures to post here. Stay Tune friends.
Enjoy Ya Weekend!

I have been sneezing the whole day, yes blowing my nose with countless tissue paper. No I have not caught a cold but it is due to irritation by the huge amount of dust that I have suck in these fews day while tidying my room.
My room was in a terrible state yesterday afternoon. “Turn-out” myself by throwing everything out from my drawers and cupboards. This time before I start packing, I decided to spend 1 hour planning in details how am I going to sort out these messes and make it into a systematic home office and neat place for me to be very productive and lastly also a warm place to rest for longer journeys.
Finally all our effort is not wasted. Together with Elaine, we managed to get everything sort properly by evening. Will take some pictures and post online later in the morning. (Left my camera cable in my car again)
My sweetheart was too tired and fell asleep while I went to wash car with Chong Liang at Caltex Holland Village. We chatted while washing car together. It has been a long time since we last met up and wash car together. Still remember, 2 years back, when I haven’t even get my license, ChongLiang will drive me to the same Caltex station and we wash car together. Now we each have our own car, time really flies.
After washing, we went to NUS to have a drink before he headed back home. Just finishing washing up and almost frighten my sweetheart as she didn’t know I was back. Creped in silently. Now she is awake and very energtic after the long nap and I am the one who need good sleep.
Later I will be uploading some picture into this blog to make it more colourful and interesting for you to read. Since my English can be quite bad, hope my photos can explain everything. People always say A picture worth a thousand words. Yes with picture I can type less! keke Kidding! Will keep writing until my English improve better!
OK Good night! Need a good rest!

Yesterday was a loud day for me! Yes Loud~!
Started the day early and continue with my tidying of my entire room. Found a big box of encyclopedia and I decided to to donate it to the charity since it has been a white elephant at my room for years. So I ask my mother for suggestion and didn’t expect it turn sour. She said I didn’t understand her feeling that she bought it with her hard earn money and want to donate it away. In fact, it is my mistake but my intention is just to give to someone who really need it rather than keeping in my room to collect dust. I guess she really earned hard to buy this for us many years back that why she was so agitated. Managed to calm her down and of course the set of encyclopedia will be still kept safe in my room for my next generation. Loud because of the shouting in the conversation! Felt bad about it.
Decided to find my sweetheart and go to Suntec to place order for my new bed. Picked her up at NUH, the traffic was very bad. Always hate to travel at peak hour, taking train is always much faster and cheaper. We arrived Suntec City and went for dinner at Indinine Bar, haven’t been there for a long time. If you are looking for a healthy meal and hate oily vegetarian store, this is a place you must not miss. You will be surprise that everything that you order are meat-less and so tasty.
After the meal, went to Carefour to order my new SuperSingle KingKoll bed. Wanted to buy a new bed for a year and finally decided to buy now. The ordering process is fast since I have already decided which one I want, the delivery will be next Saturday afternoon. So 1 more week with my old “baby bed”. Was talking to my sweetie yesterday, I recalled actually I have been sleeping with this bed for many many years, since primary school, when it was still a double decker bed where my sister sleep on the top. Until when I was in JC when I decided to disassemble the bed and throw away the lower deck. Time really fly. Now is time for a new bed guess it will accompany all the way until my marriage.
Ya so much of my bed, after the shopping we headed to the floating platform to watch the Firework. Reaching there we realise that we actually need tickets to go in. So we have no choice but to go to the river side to watch. Actually the view is the same but just need to stand with the crowd. The firework is fantastic, 15 mintue long, is from the Team of China, guessing from the music they played. Yes, firework was not only beautiful and loud too. Another loud event.
Went for a movie to cheer up myself after the incident at home. So watch Jacky Chan movie, Rush Hour 3. Indeed it manage to cheer me up. Review about the movie, I guess Jacky Chan is getting old already, lesser action display as compared to his previous few movies. But still a nice movie! For a laugh.
Headed back home and have my dear sweetheart to accompany me the whole night. =D Will sleeep early to continue tidying my room the coming morning.

Rushed down to Suntec from Home in less than 45 minutes, meeting the client with CJ at City Link, so therefore we did a “fast march” to the start of city link which is quite far away.
Meet with the client and she though we are agent from the income, but after some simple explanation, she finally understand about our financial company and we are not from NTUC Income eventhough we do represent their products. She was looking for investment for both cash and CPF, so therefore we introduce her to a platform and she was very impressed with it. So we shall prepared a bit more material for her to see before she will begin parking her investment under our care and maintain. This is the first time we are presenting together as a team, CJ found it very fruitful and of course he learn a lot from my “live” presentation rather than the usual role playing. Hope this will really help him and accelerat
After the40 minute of investment presentation, we decided to have our dinner at Pepper Lunch Suntec. Wao, Beer promotion 1 for 1, so we took beer for dinner, that is a bit too early right, but cant bear not to take this offer. After the dinner, we went for a walk around Suntec and realised that we have not been walking around, shopping around for very long, lots of changes around.
Left Suntec before both of us headed back home, it was a slacking night but still fruitful since the 40 minute presentation is worth it, 1 new client, another $10,000 for life.

I have been listening to Brian Tracy Audio CD on How To Increase My Productivity recently. Track 13 talks about work place tidiness. Realise that my room is actually in a terrible mess and full of junks. So much junks that I didn’t even know that those stuffs belong to me. So I have decided that the first thing to got to do is to get rid of all the unwanted stuffs which I previously kept for future use, which the future never ever come.
Brain Tracy says in the audio CD that most of these habits of keeping old stuffs and finding that it is a waste to throw away come from not people whose family background is less wealthy. These families always have the teaching of keeping things and storing them because they find it a waste to throw them away and there might have chances of using them sometime later. Yes, this is how my mother taught me since young. But throwing my things away do make me feel bad sometime, but I guess I have not much choices. The only things I could have done better is not to BUY More “JUNKS” and STORE IN MY ROOM. Throw or recycle them if I do not need them now. Yes, not buying will help me Save money and make my room more tidy and most importantly more productive. Thus earning more mone, yea!
Ok, got to rush down Suntec City to meet a client and will be heading to supermarket to buy some plastic boxes to keep some of my stuffs. Oh no, keeping them again… Haiz it is a tough decision but I will find a way to convince myself to throw most of them away.
Melvin Rest for longer journey ok …. Sleep and get back to work at night!! =D
